Supported by esteemed institutions like the International Astronomical Union and the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, Shweta's brainchild, AstroTribe, has garnered global acclaim.

She spearheaded India's inaugural Dark Sky Preservation and AstroTourism Conference in 2023 and has been a distinguished speaker at prominent international forums, including the 'Communication Astronomy to the Public' conference in Sydney, the 'Astronomy for Education Conference' in Toronto, and the 386th Symposium of the International Astronomical Union.

Her advocacy efforts have led to the establishment of dark sky reserves and eco-friendly tourism initiatives in tribal regions, fostering economic growth while preserving natural nightscapes.

At the young age of 16, Shweta took charge of Astron-SHK Trust and became its CEO at 18, conducting stargazing sessions, presentations, and school workshops. As the director of AstronEra, the world's first astronomy-dedicated e-learning platform, she has reached over 120 countries and 10,000 students.

Recognized for her remarkable contributions, Shweta was awarded the fellowship of the Royal Astronomical Society of England in 2018.
